Il Ciliegio is situated near Sorano in Maremma Tuscany and composed of two independent country houses as well as another building with holiday apartments. 
Both houses are one-storey buildings and completely furnished with furniture, plates, cutlery and pots.
Furthermore they have a porch or a terrace in front of the house, equipped with garden furniture for outside eating and a small court yard.
The swimming pool is about 30-50 m away.

 


Casa Il Ciliegio (4+2)
This is the smallest house that was just restored. It is composed of:

• 2 double rooms

• spacious kitchen with table, seats and sofa bed for two persons and tv

• bathroom with shower

The house has air condition and heating. Furthermore in front of the house there is a small terrace with table and benches as well as a small private garden piece with deck chairs and garden umbrella.

Casa Valentina (6+2)
This is the bigger house of the two. It is composed of:

• 3 double rooms

• kitchen with table and chairs

• dining room with big table, chairs and sofa-bed for two persons and tv

• 2 bathrooms with shower

Furthermore there is a bed for small children. The house has no air condition, but heating. In front of the main entrance there is a small private terrace with table and benches, garden umbrella and deck-chairs as well as a small private garden.

There are four brand-new holiday apartments in the restored building called "Ulivo" available, about 20 m from the pool. Two are situated in the basement and two on the ground floor. The apartments of each floor are the same. The furniture of the apartments is in the typical Tuscan style. Every apartment disposes of satellite TV, air conditioning and washing machine. In front of every apartment, an outside space with garden furniture.

Ulivo Apartments 2+2
Situated in the basement, equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and washing machines. The two 2+2-apartments are composed as follows:

• small outside space with garden furniture

• spacious living-/dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed (2 people)

• double room

• bathroom with shower
